Examination schedule missing from dashboard

Hi,

I have scheduled exam on 2-Sept but the exam appointment isn't available in my dashboard.
Pearson VUE confirms that the schedule is reflected on their side.
Due to the unavailability of the appointment, not able to join the exam.
How to resolve this issue?
