Hello,

A few weeks ago, when opening an Office app (Word, Excel, Outlook), I was notified that the product was deactivated and that on November 4th, I would no longer be able to access the features.

Accessing my account via the website makes everything look good.

My Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is paid and active.

Unfortunately, the apps on my device (Windows 10 home, 64 Bit) don't work anymore, in fact.

The features are not available.

By the way, I've got issues with the sign-in prompt as well, which might be connected.

When opening an Office app, I get prompted endlessly to sign in to my Microsoft account.

How can I solve this?

I need my office apps 😬
