I deleted my profile on Microsoft 365 developer subscriptions one year ago.

Now I want to re-register but I just checked it on my dashboard, it still show the old subscription.

"Your subscription expired on Sep 1, 2023.

All users and data were deleted on Oct 31, 2023."

I tried to delete it again and then fill all information, get SMS code to re-register but nothing happen. No renew subscription or new instant sandbox. It still show the old subscription on my dashboard.

Anyone, could you help me?.

    Dear Hoàng Thành Nguyễn,

Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community.  I am happy to help you.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

Sometimes, cached data and cookies can cause outdated subscription information to appear. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or use incognito/private mode to check your dashboard again.

    1. Try a Different Browser

Browser compatibility issues might prevent updated subscription data from showing. Try using a different browser (like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox) to log in and check your dashboard.

    1. Ensure Account Deletion is Complete

Make sure that your account was fully deleted. Sometimes, it may take a while for the system to fully update. If you still see the expired subscription, the deletion process might not be complete.

Your problem is more suitable to be posted at All Questions - Microsoft Q&A  , where there are more specialized technical support staff with users to help you solve your problem.

    Best regards,
