How do we cancel the subscirption fee for microsoft 365?

How do we cancel the subscirption fee for microsoft 365? I checked in google play and app store and i am not subscribed, as well as setting. I have checked both my school account and personal email for subscriptions and I have not used it for the past 5 years. However, it charges me yearly. How do i stop the fee, when i cant cancel the subscription myself?
