Microsoft Subscription issue

I purchased trial version of microsoft 365 business; i successfully created a account and added account details but when i logged in i did not find any license and i myself is mentioned as unlicensed, i also dont have any apps in my global admin account.

    Thank you very much for your update.

    Based on the screenshots provided, there is no free trial subscription on your account and please rest assured that Microsoft will NOT charge you.

    Since you did not place any order, you can go to Billing > Purchase services section to sign up again for the required licenses. Once you sign up for it, it will show in Your product section.

    For some subscriptions (New Commerce Experience subscriptions), when the trial period ends, it will automatically convert to paid subscription and charge your credit card. When you sign up the trial license, kindly read carefully on the checkout page whether it is this type of subscription. But even if it will be renewed automatically, you can contact Microsoft Billing support team to cancel it at any time.

    I cannot see any app here and i did not receive any email. Plus I added card details while creating an account but the license did not show up.

    Kindly clear if adding card details will deduct license amount after trial ends; or if i need to purchase trial again from the admin account.

    May I know did you receive any email from Microsoft confirming you successfully sign up for a subscription? Microsoft usually sends order confirmation email after you sign up or purchase a subscription.

    Meanwhile, have you logged in Microsoft 365 admin center Home - Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Your products to check if any license appears? If you cannot see any license there, it simply means you did not place order successfully. You can go Billing > Purchase services (some admin center display as Marketplace) to sign up for trial licenses.

    Additionally, you need to download apps manually after you sign up for subscriptions, or you can click on the nine dots on the top left corner to open web app.
