Cannot activate

I have purchased 365 however I am not being given the option of accessing and saving word, I need document not online version. It is saying I need a code to activate but the code isn't being sent to my email. I have rebooted. I have click to resend the code without success

    Thanks - it has been verified

    I have downloaded to install again without success

    It does not give me the option to file save as - at the top it states unlicensed - MS have confirmed I have subscribed

    If your subscription is listed as active in your online account at https://account.microsoft.com/services, you should definitely be able to activate your local version of Office. Sometimes, starting an Office app and then signing out and signing back in will help, especially after a subscription has renewed.

    Sometimes, when you are prompted to make use of a code, you also have to specify which e-mail account should be used. You are presented with an "incomplete" e-mail address and the first step is to enter the correct e-mail address to which the confirmation code should be sent. This is very easy to miss, and the result is of course that no code is sent.

    Hi - I purchased via MS themselves and have received confirmation that I have subscribed to 365 'family'

    Every time I try to access Word and save as a document it takes me to a screen to say I a code has been sent to email. However, it hasn't. I also tried through my mobile and that has not worked.
