Typically, OneDrive connectivity issues are usually related to an unstable connection between your current region's network and the server, which can be caused by temporary network fluctuations.
In order to further investigate your issue, I sincerely invite you to share the following information with me:
- Could you please provide a screenshot of the complete error message you are currently experiencing when logging into OneDrive?
- Can you access your OneDrive from your cell phone?
I suggest you try performing the following steps to change your network in your laptop and see if that works:
- Please try to change the current network of your computer (e.g. open your cell phone hotspot and connect your computer to the cell phone hotspot and try to enter the App access page again)2. Change DNSPress the Win logo key + R and type ncpa.cpl.Click on the name of the network you are currently connected to, open the Network Status window, click Properties, and then double-click Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) in the Network Properties window.Manually set the DNS servers to “4.2.2.1” and “4.2.2.2” and restart the computer to see if the problem can be solved.3.Reset network settingsPress Win logo key + R key, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Advanced, and check “Use SSL 3.0”, “Use TLS 1.0”, “Use TLS 1.1”, “Use TLS 1.2”, reboot the computer after applying them to see if the problem can be solved.4.Reset Proxy Server SettingsPress Win logo + R key, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Connections, click LAN Settings, check whether the Proxy Server column is checked, if so, uncheck it and click OK, restart your computer after applying it to see if it can solve the problem.5.
