Hello Gabriela Maria1, welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that your key is damaged and cannot be recognized. However, if only one digit is unclear and you confirm that it is a number, you can try each digit from 0 to 9 one by one.

If you have any doubts about this, you can try contacting online support for assistance with account and order issues. They can help you further investigate, as community members do not have the authority to assist with such matters in order to protect user privacy.

    • Go to the following Web site: Contact - Microsoft Support.
    • Enter the keywords of your question in the search box, for example, "subscription/refund" and select Get Help.
    • Select Contact Support (sign in to your personal Microsoft account).

    • Under Products and services, select options related to your product, like Microsoft 365 and Office.
    • Under Category, select Manage my subscription.
    • Go to Confirm.
