Time sensitive- I can no longer access ANY of my documents in microsoft.

I had my own account which I can no longer access. I was in grad school and the school put their student microsoft software on my laptop (mac). Upon graduation, my access to the student account was removed, yet I can no longer access my prior account. I ended up purchasing a microsoft 365 lifetime access account from groupon. I can now suddenly not access ANY of my files there as well.

Contacting customer support has been futile- I have been unable to reach a hum in spite of dozens of attempts.

Contacting my former University and the vendor for the 365 access has been futile as well.

I have already purchased microsoft software a number of times, I would like to regain access to my documents.

I need to present my doctoral work tomorrow, and cannot access any slide decks or documents whatsoever.

thanks,

Amanda
