Documents read only

Question

Have a new tablet, have downloaded Microsoft for my documents, all my own documents are coming up read only, I can not make changes. Only have it on my phone and new tablet. Please help.

• What version of the product did you purchase?
• How many inches is your current tablet? If the tablet is 10.1 inches or larger, you will need to purchase a Microsoft 365 product in order to use Office.
