Mail Bouncing issue

Question

Dear Sir , My Domain Name is **************When I send attachments to the above emails, the email comes back without going through. When I send it in text format, the email goes through.
The important thing is that when we send an attachment through Gmail, the email goes throughKindly given the solution.

Thank you for your reply.
As you mentioned the documents size is 26.4 and "Documents of the same size go to another email without any problem" , can I know is the email which has been sent out have same size of the one did not ? Are they same attachment size AND same email content ?

Please kindly note the limit of a message size is not just attachment or contect size, our system will caculate the entire size of a message, we suggest you to resize the size of the message and try again.

According to the NDR you provided, it seems the attachment size has exceed limit, could you please confirm the size of it ?

Dear Sir,

Actually My Documents Size is 26.4 MB .

Documents of the same size go to another email without any problem..how about not going to this email only?!
