    Hello use lee

Good morning to you and thank you for your post in the Microsoft community.

I read your thread and get some background information of your scenario. To better understand and investigate your issue, I may need some more detailed information from your side so that I can narrow down the issue in the right way:

    1. Could you please confirm if you're using your Microsoft 365 Business/Education email account, personal Microsoft account such as Outlook.com, hotmail.com, or live.com, or another third-party/custom domain?
    2. May I confirm that you are getting the same situation in both outlook for Desktop and Outlook on Web ( ****https://outlook.office.com)?
    3. Will you please share us the full non delivery report in private message if your senders are receiving any?
    4. Also please share us more detailed information and what actually the problem you're facing so that we can better understand and guide you further assistance

Here are the steps to open private messages:

To view private messaging options> click your profile pictureat the top on the right > select the My Profile option. Click View private message. (I have sent a message to you to open the entry of your private message.)

Besides this you can try bellow that can be fixed your issue:

    • Check MX Records: Ensure that your domain’s MX records are correctly configured to point to Office 365. Incorrect MX records can prevent emails from being delivered to your mailbox1.
    • Verify Domain: Make sure your domain is verified in the Microsoft 365 portal. Unverified domains can cause email delivery issues1.
    • Internal Relay Domain: If you’re using a hybrid setup, ensure that your domain is set as an internal relay domain in the Exchange admin center2.
    • Connector Setup: If you have a custom email server, ensure that you have set up the necessary connectors for mail flow between Office 365 and your server3.

With this information, I will be able to investigate further and provide you with the most accurate guideline.

Thank you in advance for your understanding. Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated I hope all the best.

    Sincerely,

    Shajia Afrin | Community Moderator
