Microsoft Word

Hello,

My Microsoft Word is not allowing me to edit documents even after signing in to my Outlook email. It states that it "does not allow editing on a Mac"

It was working completely fine a few hours earlier and doesn't seem to be working at all. Could you please help me t as I have important documents which I need to edit?

    Signing in to your email account will not activate Word. Instead sign in to your Microsoft account in Word. When you start Word, you can sign in by clicking on the Sign In icon in the upper left corner of the initial Document Gallery screen.
