Hi,

I am trying to create a request form in Forms where the requester fills in the form's 1st part and submits it to the manager. They then fill in the 2nd half of the form and by submitting it again, it circles back to me.

I know how to create the form and to send it to selected parties who can add to the form, but i don't know how they can add to the form and submit it again. When we did a test, after submitting it we can only view the response, but couldn't find it where to add to it or redirect it.

Can Anyone help?

Thank you in advance.

Susie

    Dear Susie Czuczor,

Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community.  I am happy to help you.

I understand that you want to create a form in Forms that can be submitted to separate people.

I am sorry to inform you that Forms forms can only be submitted once and it is not possible to have one form submitted to both the manager and you as you said.

You can create two forms that can be submitted to the manager and you separately.

Again I think the functionality you are talking about is very much needed, as of now the Forms functionality is quite simple, thanks for the suggestion, you can submit your feedback at this link, you can vote for your feedback, the higher the number of votes the easier it is to get the attention of the development team.
