- Since some of the Office application problems may be related to the version of the Office application, please provide the complete version information of the Office application here: Please open the Excel document > click on File in the upper left corner > click on Account in the lower left corner, and then provide me with a screenshot of the complete page (if the screenshot contains private information, please cover it up and upload it).(If the screenshot contains private information, please cover it and upload it)
