Conditional Formatting with Text and Date in same cell

I can't quite figure out the formula to be able to highlight a cell that also includes text (times) as part of the cell as well. We have cells from yesterday and backwards highlighted red, and cells with today's date highlighted yellow. But when we add a time, it won't show up when we just use the date conditional formatting options like 'Last 7 Days', 'Yesterday' or 'Today.

    Thanks. If you change

    2PM
    31/10/2024

    to

    31/10/2024 14:00

    and

    NOON
    1/11/24

    to

    01/11/2024 12:00

the values should be recognized as real date/time values, and conditional formatting should work.

What do the cell values look like? If a cell contains a valid date+time value, the conditional formatting rules should work.
