Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription - Microsoft Support
Based on the circumstances you mentioned, we recommend that you follow the steps listed below to contact support for the refund (I've taken screenshots of the key steps to make sure you're doing it right) You can choose to either chat with support online in person or wait for you to be contacted by a support specialist to help you get a refund:
As a representative of the forum, I do not have the authority to help you verify the payment or account directly, so as not to expose your private information to the forum, which is a platform for public exchange and communication. This would be left in a separate window for chat support:
Contact Microsoft Support.
- Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
- Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, subscription/Tax invoices/refund, etc.
- Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
- Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other Products
- On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.
- Go to Confirm.
- You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
Tip: If the page is not available after you follow the steps above, it may be a non-working day or time, and it is recommended that you contact them on the page that asks you about working hours.
Feel free to let me know about the progress of things once you have completed the above steps. If you have any questions about the need for clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me. I want to do my utmost to help you.
Best regards
