RemoteApps stuck at Configuring session

We have configured Remote Desktop Services and published a Remote apps Collection. The users are saving their passwords for the remote apps, and this is allowed via a GPO. Now when they login with the saved passwords it says "login attempt failed" and prombts for a new password, and then it logs them in just fine. Next time they have to login they're not prombted for a password but it gets stuck in "Configuring remote session" if i click "View Details" it shows that its trying to sign in to the administrator user. if i proceed to login with the administrator it then continues to sign in to the correct user and NOT the administrator.

if they're not saving the password, everything is working fine.
I've tried setting up a new remote session host, but here the issue is the same.

The setup is 3 Remote sessions hosts, 1 Broker, 1 Gateway and one NPS server for Azure MFA. What am i missing?
