Guys, Both fields seen below are a number or currency field, but the formatting condition isn't working. It displays the value in red rather true or false. What am I doing wrong?

Conditional formatting is used to change color or highlight a value rather than change the actual value. If you want to display true or false, you'll need to add a calculated column in your query or form.
