Cannot receive text message verification

I am abroad so cannot receive text messages to my verification phone number

I can't log in to my email.

How can I contact someone about this?

    Based on your description, I know the scenario you are meeting.

    For this, first, please be kindly to check if you can choose other verify method by yourself. Like email address, authenticator.  If you cannot choose other methods for verifying. 

    To better help you, I need to confirm with you whether this account is Microsoft365 for Business account or personal account (outlook.com or hotmail.com)?

    If this is Microsoft365 for Business account, for this, you need to contact your admin to disable MFA or change MFA method for you in admin center. Here is the reference: Set up multifactor authentication for users - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn and Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication | Microsoft Learn . If you choose disable MFA for you, you can log in your account just with account and password.
