Microsoft 365 Refund

Can I get a full refund if I only subscribed Microsoft annual plan in Hong Kong for 3 days. I just aware that I can do the free trail first, I want to take advantage of this free trails before I decide to subsribe the 365. Thanks

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community! I realize that you need to make a refund and I understand how you feel. If you have opened a free trial, you will not be charged during the free trial period. If you are experiencing unusual charges, please cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription.

    Below are the steps that apply to canceling Microsoft 365 Basic, Microsoft 365 Personal, and Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions:

    1. Go to the Manage subscription page and if prompted, sign in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase your Microsoft 365 subscription.
    2. Select Cancel subscription (it might say Upgrade or cancel).
    3. See the Please review section at the top of the cancel page. This information indicates what benefits you're currently using with your subscription and what you'll lose when you cancel.
    4. Review the additional information on the page, and at the bottom select I want to keep my benefits if you decide to keep your subscription, or I don't want my subscription, if you choose to go ahead and cancel.
