Can guests view shared loop workspaces on their loop mobile app or web app?

It said something like that when I tried to share a loop workspace with a guest? It worked on their desktop but not their mobile apps or online?

Is this an actual issue or is it just me?

Any help is appreciated

Thx

    Dear Jay Shah,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, it seems that you are having concern if guests can view shared loop workspaces on their loop mobile app or web app.

We've done a quick test and guest user can access the shared Loop workspace in web app with the link shared in Outlook as shown below, window to switch account will prompt, and we can access the shared Loop workspace in web app when we signed in as a guest.

However, we cannot access the shared Loop workspace in Loop mobile app or Loop web app when we're signed in with the account that are not signed in as a guest as shown below:

Given this, we'd recommend you share your valuable feedback about this behavior in Loop Feedback Community, the Product Team is in-charge of the feedback site, and they are constantly checking the comments and feedback from our customer. Many features have been developed or improved based on users' comment.

If the understanding above is not consistent with yours, please feel free to post back and point that.

Sorry for the inconvenience again. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated. Hope you stay safe and healthy.

    Sincerely,

    Rhoda | Microsoft Community Moderator

Hi Rhoda, thank you for the response.

Could you please clarify what you meant by this sentence, sorry, I didn't get it.

However, we cannot access the shared Loop workspace in Loop mobile app or Loop web app when we're signed in with the account that are not signed in as a guest as shown below:

Were you signed in with the guest account that was invited?

    Thx

    Jay

    Dear Jay,

    Thanks for posting back.

As per the test on our side, when we signed in Loop web app or Loop mobile app directly with our account that has been invited, we cannot see the shared Loop workspace as shown below.

However, if we open the shared Loop workspace by clicking on the link shared, in Loop web app that already signed in with our account, window to switch account will prompt as shown below:

If we click on Switch account, it changes to be signed in as guest with the same account we own. And we can see the shared Loop Workspace in Loop web app as shown below:

    Best Regards,

    Rhoda

Okay thank you. Please could the issue be fixed so that guest can use the loop app to view shared workspaces?
