When I go into Misplaced sections and try and delete the page, I cannot do so because it is locked and I can't even access a password. How can I stop this from happening?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with OneNote! The error you’re seeing about “Couldn’t Import Notes” and the issue with Misplaced Sections can be quite frustrating. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:

    1. Move Misplaced Sections:
      • Click on Misplaced Sections at the bottom of your Notebooks list.
      • Right-click the tab of the misplaced section you want to move, and then choose Move or Copy.
      • In the Move or Copy Section dialog box, select the notebook or location you want to move the section to.
    2. Delete Misplaced Sections:
      • If you no longer need the misplaced section, you can delete it.
      • Click on Misplaced Sections at the bottom of your Notebooks list.
      • Right-click the name of the section you want to delete, and then choose Delete.
    3. Check for Sync Issues:
      • Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
      • Verify that OneDrive is not experiencing any outages.
      • Try opening the notebook in your web browser to see if the issue persists there.
    4. Update OneNote:
      • Make sure you have the latest updates installed for OneNote and Office.
    5. Re-install OneNote/Office:

I hope this helps! Let me know if you need any further assistance.
