Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

In order to understand your query and provide possible solution, May I please know if you are on Exchange on-premises, Exchange Hybrid or Exchange Online environment?

Typically, the easiest way to get the correct EWS URL is to contact your IT administrator or the support team at Uchicago. They should be able to provide you with the specific URL you need.

However, in the meantime, if you have access to Classic outlook for windows app and your account is set in that Outlook, Go to File -->Under Account settings, you will find the link, so you can use that link as the below example and check if it works as expected.

Let's say your Outlook link is **https://outlook.office365.com/owa/contoso.com**/ Kindly use this link as **https://outlook.office365.com/owa/contoso.com//ews/exchange.asmx**to be able to connect your Zoom to your calendar.
