when upgrading an exchange2010 (which is in minimal hybrid mode, not full hybrid mode) - do you need to run the below command or can you just run the schemaprep ?

All the prep steps need to be run. However, if you run Exchange Setup and you have the necessary perms and its a single domain forest, all the prep steps are run automatically for you:

My question is about the schemaprep when installing a new exchange2016 next to a 2010 that is installed with a MINIMAL hybrid.
So there are no tls connectors, free/busy sharing ... The minimal has just enabled that mailboxes can be migrated to O365 as the customer already had AADconnect.
All mailboxes are in the cloud.

it gives me output so it is detected as a hybrid (even though it was a minimal)
