Microsoft Admin not working

All attempts to log in to admin.microsoft.com from different browsers, different devices, etc.

All result (after successful login) in the error screen below and attached. This includes all of the support pages, so I am unable to submit a support ticket any other way. All of the status pages report no issues - so how do I get around this for my account?

"You can try refreshing the page to solve the problem. You can also wait a few minutes and try again.
