CANNOT ACCESS MY SUBSCRIPTION!

I signed up for Office 365 Business. I got the welcome email, and I cannot sign into the account to download the apps. An error message comes up when I try to sign in that I cannot sign in with a personal account, that I need a business or school account. I only used the one email when I created the account.

I got the welcome email and now cannot access my subscription. have called numberous times to get help and I cannot talk to a real live person. I am very frustrated!

    Here are the steps to open private messages:

    To view private messaging options> click your profile pictureat the top on the right > select the My Profile option. Click View private message. (I have sent a message to you to open the entry of your private message.)
