Compare docs does not detect changes in hyperlinked text

Split from this thread about something completely different.

Another bug (just found): Tools -> Track Changes -> Compare docs does not detect changes in hyperlinked text (even if it's the text that is visible in the doc, i.e., not the actual URL). It knows there a change (because the all markup col is visible in balloon mode), but it won't show the actual diff to you...completely empty. thx.

    Could you please share with us your Word App version? click Word menu > About Microsoft Word, then capture a screenshot of the pop-up window.
