Good Day,

I have a virtual card set up on my cell phone banking app and there is sufficient funds to cover the subscription, however the subscription service is challenged and gives me a declined message. I called my bank and they indicate there are no issues with the card. I should check back with you to establish what can be done to sort this.

Payment was made from the same card last year and that went through well.

Please may I obtain assistance with this.

Regards

Mr V Bhagwan

We recommend that you follow the steps I list below to refund  in touch with support (I've taken screenshots of the most important steps to make sure you do it correctly) You can choose to chat with support one-on-one online or wait,  Ask a support specialist to call you to help you get a refund:

As a forum agent, I do not have the authority to help you verify the payment or account directly, so as not to expose your private information to the forum, which is a platform for sharing and communicating publicly. This would be left with chat support in a separate window:

    Contact Microsoft Support.

    1. Visit this site: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Enter your problems in the search bar there. (For example: refund.)
    3. Now click on Get Help and select Contact Support below.

    1. Go to the Products & Services tab and select Microsoft 365 and the Office category
    2. On the Category tab, select Manage my subscription.
    3. Go to Verify.
    4. Choose to chat with a support agent or request a call back.

Tip: If the page is unavailable after completing the steps above, it could be a non-working day or non-working time, and it is recommended that you contact them on the page where you are asked for working hours.

    Sincere greetings
