Connect Excel to local SQLSERVER EXPRESS

I am trying to connect my Excel workbook to a local SQLSERVER EXPRESS on my computer but having no success

I have a database called customers and in there I have a table with client names

Please can anyone tell me how I can get a connection string sorted.
