My onenote notebook does not sync. This error message appears. What can I do?

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them in the community.

This could be a temporary fluctuation in the OneNote servers and you can be patient.

You can shut down all your laptops (you can back up your files first just in case) and log out of your account, log back in or restart your computer and then log back in again to see if the problem is resolved.
