Cannot Install Microsoft Office (error code 30088-45)

Question

I am having problems with Microsoft Office.

Details:

I did have 365 installed because I have access via work and Standalone 2016. I was having issues and I wanted to upgrade so I purchased a new stand alone version of Office 2021 and received a new Key.

I removed all versions of Office.

I cannot install the new version to use the new key. I keep receiving the error code 30088-45.

I have tried to read online (forums/community/etc). It is not a firewall issue.

I am running Windows 11 Home
