    Hello Aaron,

Thank you for posting back and sharing with us the detailed information. I will further help you.

I just did a test in Microsoft Loop with a business account and I'd like to convey that I reproduced the same situation as you described. Clicking the plus icon (the one you highlighted) only launches a new page.

But I found that the option for a link is available through the + Create new button from upper-left corner, as shown below. Could you please check if you can find the Link option and create link in your workspace?

Look forward to your reply. Thanks for your time and cooperation.

Hope you have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Tina

    Hi Hannah,

Thanks so much for your swift reply - really appreciated! Answers to your questions:

    1. I am using a business license.
    2. Previously your image above is exactly what I saw and I clicked the 'New Link' button. This morning the view has changed and I no longer see this! I see this instead:

When I click the + button it simply launches a new page without an option for a link.

    1. I spoke to our IT team and they have made no changes. It looks more like an software update?

    Thanks,

    Aaron

Hello, Aaron Cook - Stewart Signs.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on the category of Microsoft 365 and Office / Loop / Unknown. It sounds like you're experiencing an issue where the option to create a link instead of a page within a workspace in Microsoft Loop or another related Microsoft 365 tool has disappeared. To assist you better, I need a few clarifications:

1-> Which specific license are you using (e.g., Microsoft 365 personal, business, education, etc.)? Here I've tried creating a Loop's workspace page, which gives two options, as shown in the image (since you mentioned that it worked fine until then, a specific version update may be part of the factor):

2-> When you mention "create a link instead of a page," can you confirm the exact steps you were taking previously to create this link? You can also take a screenshot of the place you see and share it with me.

3-> If this issue occurs in specific license, Are you working in a corporate/enterprise environment, and are there any IT policies or administrative changes that may have been applied recently?

Once I have this information, I'll be able to provide more targeted suggestions. Looking forward to your response!

    Best Regards,
