Multiple file download SharePoint document

Hi all ,

I have SharePoint 2019 on-prem. I wanted to download multiple files on single click, but button is not appearing.

As per this article this feature is already available in SharePoint 2019 version.

Can anyone suggest what could be the possible reason ?

    few questions:

    • can you download single file?
    • did you check it in different browsers?
    • did you check with different user accounts?

    Hi @Mahadev Prasad ,

    As per my test, I couldn't download multiple files on a single click. Also, I couldn't find the "Download" button when selecting multiple files in my SharePoint Server 2019 environment which has installed the latest August 10, 2021 CU. This feature is not available in different browsers I tried such as IE, Chrome, Firefox. So I think this appears to be by design or this feature hasn't been rolled out. As an alternative, we can use OneDrive to sync the files to our local computer.
