The solver add-ins function in Excel doesn't work

The solver add-ins function in Excel cannot be used in the new Windows system I just bought. My order number is 35******8.

After installing solver add-ins function in Excel," Compile error in hidden module: SolverCode. This error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version, platform, or architecture of this application. Click 'help' for information on how to correct this error." pops up when I open or close Excel.

Once I click Solver add-ins, there is a Popup Massage saying " Cannot run the macro 'SOLVER.XLAM!GetGroupLabel'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled."

I updated the system and apps, it still doesn't work.
