    Dear Jody Moore1, Good day!In order to further understand the specific situation you are experiencing, I would like to confirm the following information to you:

    1. Whether you are using Excel client or Excel web client.
    2. Does this happen in a specific workbook? If you create a new workbook, does it still fail to load?
    3. Did you receive any alerts? If so, can you take a screenshot and share it with me.
    4. Is this also happening with other Office apps? For example, Word.
