Yup correct, i have downloaded it from the app store but its not the microsoft 365. Ots these below in the picture

I am facing issue with uploading my files to onedrive through excel app, words app and powerpoint app. It states upload fail and I cant seem to delete any files as well as they state that i do not have permission to delete files. It is so frustrating especially since i cant find the link to a live agent and I have to go through this platform when it is urgent for me to sync my documents to onedrive,
