Contact Microsoft Support. Go to the following website: Contact - Microsoft SupportEntercontact there. Select Contact Support.
Under Products and services, select **Microsoft 365 and Office.**Under Category, select **Manage My Subscription.**Go to **Confirm.**Select Chat with a support agent or request a callback.
