Loop: Not Ready for Prime Time

I have been a longtime user of Notion, so I was excited to learn about Loop and hoped that we could roll it out across our company without having the pay the $20,000 subscription fee that Notion would require. Unfortunately, Loop is still a long way from being usable at scale.

Two things that would VASTLY improve the situation are:

  1. Allowing users to organize Workspaces alphabetically. Without this, they are basically not organized, which makes the UI pretty rough.
  2. Allowing an administrative user to lock the content on a page so that it is "read only" for users. Without this, anybody who is a user can make a mess of the workspaces and pages - and make it unusable for others. It also is a huge security issue to allow every user to change anything.

There are a whole lot of other improvements needed, but these would be a great start.

Please, please, please continue to develop Loop. It can be a great application, but it needs the work.
