Mail merge word file getting errors

Hello,

I am trying to create a Mail Merge in a word file. I created the file, connected the database and saved it. When I open the file I get a message as shown in the image. When I press YES I get a reparis window as show in the next image.

I tried connecting the database to a new file, without any content and I get the same erros. I also tried to create a new word document on the desktop of the laptop, connected a new, empty database also save in desktop and still not working.. Seems like I cannot use Mail Merge properly.

Anyone can propose a possible solution?
