Hi, Azan Virji
Welcome to the Microsoft Support Community.
Understand that you are experiencing repeated login issues with OneNote on your Mac, as well as other Office applications.
The problem you are experiencing may be due to a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, software version, network connectivity issues, Office license issues, or problems with the Office credentials stored in the Mac's Keychain.
Here are some possible solutions you can try:
Clear the Office cache:
- Quit all Office applications completely.
- Open Finder, press Command + Shift + G, type ~/Library and click Go.
- Open Containers folder and delete the com.microsoft.Word folder.
- Restart your computer and try logging in again.
Check keychain access:
- Open the Keychain Access app (you can search for “keychain” in Spotlight).
- Select the “Login” keychain entry in the upper left corner, and from the “File” menu, select “Lock keychain ‘Login’”. “.
- Restart the Office application and try to log in.
Safe Mode Startup:
- Start or restart your Mac and immediately hold down the Shift key until you see the login window.
- Once in Safe Mode, run the Office apps and try to log in to see the problem.
