    I apologize for the trouble this issue has caused you. I fully understand your feelings, you paid money and put your files in a personal vault out of trust, but now this personal vault is not available. No matter who it is, it will be upsetting to encounter this problem.

    However, as I said before, all I can do is to gather and investigate information about this issue and report it. Once the development team is aware of the problem, they will work on it and give you the “solution” you are looking for;

    However, I have no way of knowing the exact progress of fixing this issue, but I can tell you for sure that I do get notified when there is progress on this issue and I will be the first to let you know.

    Thanks for your convincing reply but at the same time i am shocked to know that a big leading or one can say the only brand or company providing such exclusive digital product in the world is helpless and cannot solve the problem of own product.

    I understand your feelings very well. But the Microsoft support forums are more focused on solving technical issues, and this kind of hot issue is the only thing I can do to investigate and gather information and report it.

    Honestly, I am also waiting for the outcome of this issue. I can't make up a date just to make what I say sound good, thank you for your understanding.

    Of course, if I get information on the progress of this issue, I will let you know as soon as I can.

    This issue is a popular one that has arisen recently, and we are currently in a position where we are experiencing both errors reported for opening the personal vault, and files in the personal vault not being able to be opened;

    We are in the process of collecting and investigating the issues and reporting them. You can contact the OneDrive support team for assistance by following the steps below:
