Why Copilot is greyed out in OneNote? I have Microsoft 365 for Business.

    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you.

    If you want to use Copilot in OneNote, you will need a Copilot subscription in addition to your Office Business subscription. This subscription requires an admin user assignment:

    If you already have a Copilot subscription but still can't use this feature, I would like to confirm the following information:

    1. A specific screenshot of the subscription information. 

    2. Are other users in your organization experiencing this phenomenon as well?
