Outlook 2016 Resource option not visible .

In my outlook 2016 resource option is not visible while creating new calendar appointments .

Please kindly understand that the screenshots in your post are so small that I am not able to check the details clearly. In order to better confirm and help solve your issue, would you mind re-adding larger screenshots about your issue for further research?

I tried some search and tests in my Outlook 2016 (16.0.4266.1001) but seems there is no such built-in Resource option, below is the screenshots of my interface:

So, before going further, would you mind providing me with more information related to your issue:

1. What's the version of your Outlook 2016? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
2. What's the type of your account? POP, IMAP or Exchange? Have you logged into the same email account on all the Outlook desktop clients?
3. Did you install any third-party add-ins on those Outlook client where you can see the Resource option normally? Please try to compare the add-ins lists of these Outlook desktop clients via File > Options > Add-ins > Manage COM Add-ins > GO, and compare those enabled add-ins to see if there is any difference.

Yes. on the nose. There is some third-party add-ins installed.
