Onenote Content Library

Hello,

I am a teacher who uses one note for my class. Yesterday a student was able to move a section from my content library to their personal folder. I thought that they would be forced to copy and paste. I checked my permissions, and nothing looks abnormal. On our learning management system, the student is coded as a student and not as an admin.
