Good afternoon, dear friends. I'm having trouble unfreezing my OneDrive account. Since I hadn't logged in for a long time and my storage was full, my account was blocked. When I log in to my account, I am presented with 2 options - increase the storage size or unfreeze the account. In the first option, I can only increase the size of the storage, and this does not affect the status of the account. With the second option, it displays the error ‘Something went wrong’. And I don't need to poke at your article. There is nothing useful there. I would be grateful for specific help.

I tried to do the best I could with both of these options. I tried to increase the amount of storage with a paid subscription(first photo, lower left corner), but this did not change the account status. When I want to access the storage(second photo), the screen shows an ‘eternal’ download with no changes. So, unfortunately, this instruction is useless)
Rather, the second option. I don't use Office 365.
Is this OneDrive as a component of O365 or is it the OneDrive included with win that only has 5gb space?
Do you have O365? https://office.com/myaccount
