Register-PnPEntraIDAppForInteractiveLogin Does not Complete

I am having difficulty executing Register-PnPEntraIDAppForInteractiveLogin -ApplicationName "PnP_Rocks" -Tenant "XXXXXXXXX.onmicrosoft.com" -Interactive. My environment is Windows 11, Studio Code, PowerShell 7. The behavior is as follows. Upon execution the Register-PnPEntraIDAppForInteractiveLogin invokes an authentication dialogue asking for credentials. After entering the requested credentials, Studio Code simply hangs, meaning the execution sequence does not appear to return to Studio Code. Register-PnPEntraIDAppForInteractiveLogin -ApplicationName "PnP_Rocks" -Tenant "XXXXXXXXX.onmicrosoft.com" -Interactive works on another tenant with the same setup. It does not work on different PCs on the problematic tenant. The problem has persisted for several weeks. Updating modules, uninstalling and reinstalling has not solved the problem. MS support has been consulted, so far without resolution. If anyone has seen this and knows of a fix or just suspects they know the cause, please shout out. Thank you for reading this. It is appreciated. ~B
