Hello, Bacilia Herrera
Welcome to the Microsoft community.
Thank you for your feedback. In Excel, if you find that numbers are being rounded automatically, it's usually because the cell's formatting settings are limiting the number of decimal places. Here are ways to fix this problem:
Method 1:
Select cells or range: click on the cell or select a group of cells you want to adjust.
Right-click the selected cells, and then select “Set Cell Format”.
In the pop-up dialog box, select the “Digital” tab.
Select the “Numeric” category, and then adjust the “Decimal places” to the number of places you need.
Click “OK” to save changes.
Method 2:
Select the cell or range: Click on the cell you want to adjust or select a group of cells.
In Excel's “Home” tab, find the “Numbers” group.
Click on the button to increase the number of decimal places (usually displayed as an icon with more digits after the decimal point) until the number of decimal places you need is displayed.
Method 3:
Click the “File” menu in the upper left corner, and then select “Options”.
In the Options dialog box, select Advanced.
Scroll down to the “When calculating this workbook” section and make sure “Set precision to displayed precision” is unchecked.
Click OK to save the changes.
I look forward to your feedback.
