    Hi Tee Tato

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Based on the description, I understand that you have purchased a M365 business plan but are unable to access your account to use the services.

Please be advised that Microsoft family subscriptions and Microsoft business subscriptions are under two separate account system. Microsoft family subscriptions are purchased using Microsoft personal accounts. (hotmail.com/live.com/outlook.com) And Microsoft business subscriptions are purchased using Microsoft 365 work/school account. (domain.onmicrosoft.com) Microsoft personal account cannot be upgraded directly to Microsoft work/school account.

When you say you have upgraded to the business plan, may I confirm whether you have created a new account with ******@domain.onmicrosoft.com format (M365 work/school account)? If so, I kindly request you to access your Home - Microsoft 365 admin center using the new account.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Sincerely,

    Roger Shen
