Cannot export from Office Customization Tool

I am unable to export from the office customization tool (config.office.com). I am using it for deployment settings for an Office Standard 2019 volume license.
The first thing that seems out of the ordinary is that an update channel isn't auto-populating, nor can you select a channel. Also, nothing appears under the "Apps" where you can pick which Office apps will download.
When I click "Export", nothing happens.
I have tried on 5 different browsers and 3 different PCs with no success in exporting.
